Biodeal Pharmaceutical Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth through new client acquisition, strategic partnerships and expansion of contract manufacturing opportunities across domestic and/or international markets.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in pharmaceutical business development, contract manufacturing, third-party manufacturing or CDMO, along with excellent client relationship and negotiation skills
What you'll do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical contract manufacturing/CDMO segment.
- Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients across domestic and international markets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with pharma companies, distributors, marketers and potential business partners.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate internally with Production, R&D, QA, QC, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Commercial teams* to develop suitable business proposals.
- Drive the complete business development cycle from lead generation and client discussions to negotiations, order closure and account management
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business, product expansion and long-term partnerships.
- Prepare regular sales pipeline, business development and market intelligence reports for management.
What we're looking for
- Graduate/Postgraduate in *Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Management, Marketing or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical business development.
- Experience in Contract Manufacturing / CDMO / Third-Party Manufacturing is highly preferred
- Strong existing network within the pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage.
- Proven track record of new client acquisition and business generation.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, communication and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions and business development activities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.

We are looking for an experienced RM Purchase professional to manage the procurement of raw materials and support efficient supply-chain operations.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end procurement of pharmaceutical raw materials (RM) as per production and business requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, QA, QC, R&D, Stores and Finance teams for timely material availability.
- Identify, evaluate and coordinate with approved vendors for raw material procurement.
- Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules and other commercial terms.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials as per production schedules.
- Maintain proper procurement records, vendor documentation and MIS reports.
What we're looking for
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharmacy, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commerce, Management or a related field
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in RM Purchase/Procurement, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing / contract manufacturing / CDMO will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical raw materials, vendor management and procurement processes.
- Strong negotiation, communication and coordination skills.
- Good command of MS Excel and MS Office.
Biodeal Pharmaceutical Ltd. is looking for an experienced PPIC Manager / Sr Manager to lead and manage Production Planning and Inventory Control activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective production planning, optimum inventory levels, timely material availability, and smooth coordination across departments to support contract manufacturing operations.
What you'll do
- Lead the end-to-end Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) function.
- Prepare and monitor monthly, weekly and daily production plans based on customer orders, forecasts and production capacity.
- Ensure timely availability of Raw Materials, Packing Materials and other required resources as per production schedules.
- Coordinate with Sales/Business Development, Production, Purchase, QA, QC, Warehouse, R&D and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution of production plans.
- Ensure timely availability of Raw Materials, Packing Materials and other required resources as per production schedules.
- Develop and implement effective planning strategies for contract manufacturing orders and multiple customer requirement
- Prepare and analyze PPIC reports, production plans, inventory reports and MIS for management review.
What we're looking for
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharmacy, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations or a related field.
- 10–12 years of relevant experience in PPIC, Production Planning, Supply Chain or Inventory Control.
- Prior experience in the Pharmaceutical / Contract Manufacturing / CDMO industry is mandatory/preferred.
- Strong understanding of MRP, inventory management, capacity planning and production scheduling.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Strong command of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
